HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIROMENT POLICY

It is the policy of Biforst Resources Sdn Bhd to provide a healthy and environment friendly workplace for all employees, visitors and others, and in the spirit of consultation and cooperation, the management and employees will together strive to achieve goals and objectives of operations as well as internationally recognized Health, Safety and Environment Management System in our business operations. Without prejudice to the generality of the above statement, the policy of Biforst Resources is:

1. Implementation of HSE policy to all levels of workers.

2. Recognize HSE policy of a function of management system as part of our business.

3. To ensure environmental and safety objectives and targets are set and reviewed.

4. To ensure all employees are informed, instructed, trained and supervised on how to perform their job safely and without risk to health and without any harm to the environment.

5. Training and exposure to all staff of Biforst Resources on HSE policy.

6. Maintain health, safety and environment factor as a work culture.

7. To review this policy as and when appropriate and to ensure it is understood by all employees and is available to all interested parties.

8. To investigate all accidents and near-misses and to take corrective measures to ensure the accidents or near-misses will not recur.

 

QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

A primary goal of Biforst Resources is to achieve the highest standards of quality in all business units' practices and operations without compromise. Our objective is to continually improve our company performance, while offering our customers a cost saving and professional solutions.

Quality performance is one of the most important milestone for the company and is considered a personal responsibility of all employees. To maintain quality performance of all business units at the highest level, the following aims are pursued:

• To cultivate and maintain the commitment to continual improvement and communicate our goals and
objectives to every employee

• To promote a working environment where trainings and tools are provided for all work to proceed safely
and efficiently.

• To furnish policies which are periodically reviewed to ensure the ability of all groups to perform their
work effectively
